hmmm. where to begin...

I've been happily married for 4 years in August.
Since we've moved closer to my husband's side of family, our diet has changed quite drastically. My husband AND I have gained roughly 20 lbs. within the last 2 years. We were pretty thin prior, so I can't exactly say we're currently over-weight, however, I do care about our health and my appearance (of course) and decided to take on the P90X program.

I've tried going to gyms... but it was always hard to the point of going... and since I'm also a huge workaholic, time was never on my side. I would find reasons why I couldn't go, and simply work from home.

I like to make a change. I like to have more energy. I like to be toned and be healthy. Given P90X program is a 90-day program... I'm game to give it all my best. In hopes that I become successful, perhaps I continue for round 2.

So here goes..

I'll be using fatSecret to keep track of my daily intake/activities. Anyone who is also doing the P90X challenge, please feel free to add me. I love to hear/share everyone's challenges, success, and experience with P90X.
