UGH! I really can't believe I'm up almost 30 pounds from where I was three years ago. I mean, I can do the math on how many pounds I've gained a year there. You don't need to do it for me, stupid fatsecret graphs...

Went on vacation, there were too many good foods I couldn't pass up! I walked a LOT though, and apparently it worked out just fine. Still lost a pound. I definitely have to step it up though, at least a pound a week will get me much closer to my goal.

Haha, since Saturday I weighed myself and finally broke the 157 range... which was great to my weight-esteem, except that fatsecret said "You have lost .01 pounds. At this rate it will take 17 months to reach your goal."
Not exactly encouraging! Guess I'll have to step it up. :)
