Haven't worked out much, things have been too hectic between work and school. Had some health problems for a minute that made me think working out would do me harm. That's no excuse really, nobody said I couldn't do yoga or floor exercises or lift handweights. I'll go to the gym today.

First day of this. Have to lose as much as I can before wedding, I don't want memories of my chubby arms on such a memorable day! 25 lbs to lose!
