I really do think this might be muscle weight, but now I have to adjust my diet! I really want to lose weight AND replace my fat with muscle.

Had a couple of beers last night, wondering if I set myself back.
Been doing the circuit room. Twice this week, plus butt and thigh machines and ab rocking thingie.
No cardio, really, other than circuit.

Today is day one of cal counting and regular exercisr. Did 30 min circuit room and am hoping to twice more this week. Waist is at 31, hips 37.

At the end of the month, I'm going to start personal training. I'm excited! I can't wait to get back to where I was somehow able to get on my own last time, and then some.

Just stressed and not eating. Also, I rarely am as hungry when it's warm out. We'll see how long this lasts, or if I binge as much as usual when I'm hormonal. :)
