Hi, I'm Shelby. I am 18, 5'7 and about 160 pounds. I want to not only get down to a healthier weight(130-140), but to stay a healthy weight, and begin living a healthier lifestyle in general. I am starting this quest with a bit of confidence, because last summer i was able to meet my goal weight of 140 by exercising and eating only 1200 calories a day, felling better than I had since before I can remember. Unfortunately, i quickly let myself slip once summer was over, hence my current weight of 160. Because of this, a huge part of my goal is to MAINTAIN a lower weight, and that's why I'm here.

My Own Diet
Isn't it amazing how simple it really is? I think people go to fancy pills, celebrity workout programs, and weird fad diets because not many people are educated about how the body actually loses weight. good luck
