Day 34
Brother-in-law still holding on.EEG tomorrow to check for brain activity. Doubtful there will be any. Lots of stress.
Took a long walk to the market today.Really had no choice as I gave my car to family from NY who flew in and Hubby was at hospital. Foods okay today.Stayed under 10 total carbs but I think I was short of water.Got in just under 1100 calories.

Day 33
All finished eating for today.Came home and found oopsie rolls and leftover chicken so I am saved for all the garbage in the vending machines.Unbieveable what they put in them in ICCU waiting rooms. Nothing but junk carbs and sugar! Not even a bag of nuts.

Did good food and water wise. The next few days will be a test.BIL had a massive heart attack today and it's not looking good. Driving to airport to pick up family at 6 am tomorrow.

The nuts I had over the 4th put me down to a trace of being in ketosis.No more nuts for me for a long while. Good thing I stayed away from booze even with people telling me to just have a drink,it won't hurt you. I stuck to my lemon water..
Pulled my Dr.Atkins book from 1972 and back to level one. Bye-bye nice big salads,fresh beans,tomatoes and zucchini. I added you back too fast.Back to net carbs 5 and under per day. Off to make revol rolls.
