Day 47
I know yesterday my protein was high..I have no problem keeping my carbs low but I do like my meat.Today so far has been okay. Gotta stop picking at the dang cucumbers,They are soo good.No more carbs today!!
Monday night
Wonder why when I had a high meat day I'm not hungry the next day. I have just met 1000 calories and micros are on point. I will see what happens tomorrow and how I feel after weekly weigh in

Micros right on target today.Could have had a little more fat but I'm full.Only carbs were avocado, zucchini a 2 ozs cheese.
NSV...Put on a pair of dress pants today that were very tight last time I wore them.Didn't even have to unbutton them to pull off.Hubby said butt was baggy and not to wear them again. :)
Note..After all this time I had such a craving for sweets..Didn't give in,had a bottle of water and brushed my teeth..I worked.Just don't know where the craving came from.

Continuing to track every bite and dropped one more pound.That makes 16.5 so far. Keeping Total carbs usually under 15 and net carbs 6 and under.
Went to visit some friends we haven't seen for quite a while and of course they tried to push food on me.Nothing low carb but cheese.I had even told her I don't eat breads and such. I stood my ground, politely, refused a drink, had ice water,and picked at a little beef from hubbys sandwich. Didn't even look twice at chocolate cake she had for dessert.
I have so got this!!!!
