I'm not sure if it's the lower calories or the lower fats and higher proteins or a combination of all three but, I have dropped 2.5 lbs since Sunday.I will continue to track and see what happens.

Day 35
Brother-in law passed tonight. I came home earlier today and grilled some chicken breast I had thawed and made oopsie bread so all I have eaten today is chicken sandwiches with mayo.Protein is way high but carbs are nice and low.The next few days are going be tough,but I have plenty of meat cooked and I have fresh cucumbers if I want. I have to bake sweets to have at the funeral home but that won't bother me.
