Hello! I am a 28 year old single mom in CA. Had a huge issue with my sciatic nerve in my back about 2 weeks ago that put me down and bed ridden for a week, Doc suggested Yoga and weight loss for long term management. And well I figured hell my son is now 8 years old it's probably time to quit saying I need to lose the pregnancy weight lol so here I am on an all to familiar journey. I like the Atkins/Low Carb route because it works and it works fast. It is also something I can live with long term and fit's well into a busy schedule work wise. I've done it before but This time around I decided to look into recipe books so that I don't get sick of the meat, cheese, just fatty foods ect... I would love some buddies that are open to sharing tips with me, I appreciate all and any advice ~ Sara
