I'm very disappointed with myself for not being as disiplined with food this week. I have craved many sweet things and have given in to too many of these cravings, so this is the first week since I started in March that I've put weight on! Eeeek!

I don't feel very strong or as determined atm, but I must try harder, as I'd like to reach my target of 9 stone by 27th June - which is now only 3 weeks away, which means I have to lose just over a pound a week! A tall order with no working weighing scales, so I must see if I can afford a cheap set.

I'm exercising still - having done my usual two active days at work on Mon and Tues, loads of housework on Weds, a sweaty game of badminton on Friday and a 6.6 mile walk on Saturday. This is probably why I'm still losing inches in certain places, even though the weight went in the wrong dircetion.

Yay! Another loss - I am amazed though, because I've not had a good week with the diet. I have given into temptation many times, because I suffer with extremely bad social anxiety issues and things have happened this week that have made me struggle. I find it difficult to eat big meals - or sometimes anything - when I'm anxious, but then I crave sweet things, especially chocolate as it gives me a slight 'lift'.

BUT I have done quite a lot of exercise this week - I've been on two 10 mile hikes on Monday and Weds, hours of vigorous housework and a shorter walk yesterday. This has obviously paid off, because I've still lost weight despite the struggles with food.

I have already reached my target of 9 stone 2lbs that I'd set for next week, as I'm now 9 stone 1.5lbs, so my next target is my final goal of 9stone by the 21st June. Three weeks to go. Wish me luck! :)

Yay! Yippee! I'm down to 9 stone 3.5lbs - only 3.5lbs to go! :)

I've not had a very good week; still battling cravings for many things, but mainly cheese and chocolate. I have given into these once or twice, but I've not been as bad this week as I was last week and I've done a lot more exercise. I do still need to start on my sit-up regime with my machine though, as I can feel my tummy muscles need toning!

I overdid the bum & thigh exercises on Monday and the fronts of my thighs have been painful, so I will do them starting again tomorrow, but not quite so many in one day as I did before!

I did still go on a Training Hike of just over 18 miles on Thursday though - which took me around 7 hours. I was very pleased with that. :)

I have to get really determined again now, or I will never shift this last 3.5lbs! I am for now setting myself a mini-target of 9 stone 2lbs by Sunday 7th June. Wish me luck! :)
