I haven't been good all week, but I've not been bad either! Monday was bad and I didn't document everything I ate - and even treated myself to some choc, but
for the last two days, I've been very good - and yesterday I went on another Training Hike - this time just over 18 miles in just under 7 hours. I was very pleased with myself. :)
Nto sure what the scales will say on Sunday, but I know I've lost inches since the last time I measured myself, because all my clothes are now much looser on me. :)

I've not lost ANY weight this week, BUT I've not gained any either!
I've not had a good week - I have gone over my calorie daily allowance on three days and I've had really bad cravings for sweet things - I think maybe it's linked to my hormones, but I can't tell as I don't have a normal cycle anymore.
I've recorded most things, but not everything, because there was one day at least where I lost track of the food I consumed - but I don't think I'd gone over by more than a couple of hundred calories and I was certainly still under the outgoing calorie amount!
Anyway, all this means that I need to be REALLY good this week or I won't hit my mini-target next Sunday - so I started off yesterday and did really well, even though I was really tempted by a few things.
Back to being a more determined me! :)

I was very good on Weds, but struggled to control my cravings yesterday, so I went slightly over my calorie allowance again - esp now it's only 1300.
I did do a lot of exercise though - 4 hours of pretty vigourous housework that got me sweaty and breathing quicker. I changed all the beds, thoroughly hoovered all of upstairs, spread flea-preventative all over the carpets (we have pets) moving all of the furniture as I went and scrubbed the bathroom.
It's the downstairs today and the rest of the washing, followed by a brisk walk with a friend, so I am getting enough exercise that my exercise figures are always greater than my calorie intake - but I'm not expecting to lose much this week. Only time will tell; I weigh-in on Sunday mornings.

Oh dear! I've had my first really bad day today since I started my diet and I've treated myself a little too much. I have not counted everything I've eaten, but I know I have had a disaster of a day as far as the diet goes! :(
BUT I'm not going to punish myself over it and I will be back to being very strict with myself tomorrow!
On the plus side, I did get out and about and walk for 30mins, I was on my feet for 4 hours at work this morning and used up some of those extra cals doing some extra housework.

Well...although it says that the challenge starts in 7 hours, in Blighty it is already almost 11pm on Monday night, so I started the challenge this morning.
I've been on my feet all day doing my job and then walked at a very brisk pace (6.1mph) for half an hour before my hubby met me with the car - so I've done my 30mins exercise for today, which means I'm off to a good start. :)
