well went a little overboard. I did not realize the wendy half a size apple pecan chicken salad was 340 cal how ridiculous is that? I thought I was eating healthy boy was I wrong.

today is a hard day. I am stating to crave food's that I don't need. I ate 2 cups of pasta and angel food cake. I need to cut more.but I start to feel deprived. how can I be successful yet not feel deprived?

well I went for a nice walk today for more than an hour but I only put an hour. proud of myself. wish I had more places to go. ohhhh wellll..

well today is my second day and I am not doing to bad.you see I have decided to cut out bread, potatoes, pasteries and soda. well anyrhing with a lot of carbs. I am still doing research on this lifestyle change we will se how it goes.

well diary this is my first entry. and I have to say I am not doing bad. I will find other things to eat that is not a breakfast bar cut even more calories. hope everyday I can stay 1500 cal.
