Should I eat more calories when I exercise?
this is what I do. I allow myself so many calories a day. 1,200- 1,400 and I don't go over that. I spread my meals out through out the day small meals. I am diabetic so in order to keep my sugar level that is how I do eating small throughout day. I lost 12 pounds your needs may be different. if you do not feel you need to than don't eat more.
