I decided that I would exercise but not record. that way I will only concentrate on the allowed calories and not see that I have more calories.

had a treat today wished I hadn't. I had mc Donald's small fry and a mc double. god I did not realize how much fat is in the food. I am not saying I will never have a sandwich again I just have it sparingly. women can not live on lettuce alone.

today as been a good day. went for a 2 hr walk this morning and and another 1 hr walk this afternoon. it is getting colder out weather is changing. it is so hard to drop weight.my mom just went out and bought a huge bag of m&m's wow!! I have to stay on track.

well I went to the doctor and lost 12 pounds. I am proud of that and I keep working hard to lose weight. I haven't been on for a while. I guess I kind of feel sometimes it isn't worth it. but I have got to work through the reason why I feel that way and get down to pushing myself a little harder. it is so hard. after leaving my relationship of 16 yrs it has been hard to find the motivation to want to stay on top of it. I have to stay with family and they are not healthy eaters. candy,cookies,icecream name it and they eat it. it is a test of my power to just say no..
