lord it is hard to drop weight. so much temptation and I hope I can muddle through.

well my family bought a Chicago style pizza. ohhhh boy!! I ate a salad and crackers but I did have a little ice cream. it gets harder because they love there junk food. but I can be strong.

I have found out if I try to avoid certain foods than I want them more. I try to restrict my intake and not eat bad things all the time but there are days that I just need a break. I usually stay below 1000 cal or no more than 1400 but sometimes I just need extra. I will be honest and do the best I can..

boy there are a lot of diets out there and I hate them all. I restrict my calories and I exercise. I also eat a lot of veggies hopefully that is enough

went to have blood work done today. hope my A1c comes back good. took cholesterol and don't remember what it is. huuuh. hope it all comes back good.
