I'm 23 and have been lost a quite a lot of weight about 2 1/2 years ago through my own diet and exercise routine. However I started desk Job 2 years ago and have now found that I have started gaining! :( I found this site through an app on my phone and now i completely LOVE IT =D.

I'm absolutely with you 100% i haven’t always found it convenient to exercise in the day in the past either but have still found if i put the work in (no matter what time) it pays off! I agree on behalf of the sleeping pattern though :s and will try looking up the Tai Chi defiantly

I dont eat that little i snack but cant count all the calories in wrk Sad I'm just trying to adjust to working so long and not jogging.

i get 15 mins every 6 hrs and i now walk the stairs so thanks Smile I guess my bodys just not used to me sitting at a desk for so long thats why I cant beleive how quickly its changing.Confused

Oh my gosh I completely fell off the wagon this weekend and I feel worse than ever I now have only a month to the day to drop 10lbs and I just can't do it! I was doing soooo well too Sad Any tips???? I can’t exercise as I'm doing 12hr shifts at work and it takes me 1hr 30 mins to get there so i barely find time to sleep!!! Plz help Crying or Very sad
