Ahh. Finally. Got to get almost a full night's worth of sleep. Helped me lose some weight too! I've practically reached my target weight. Now I'm going to re-join Jazzercise (when I find out what their new promotion is on Monday) and go into Maintain mode :) VERY HAPPY. I figure by adding in Jazzercise that I my weight will probably fluctuate by 5 lbs due to reducing toxins, gaining muscle, burning fat.. so I'm giving myself grace to fluctuate between 120 - 125 lbs so long as I'm doing the program.

Only .1 lb weight loss. Oh well, at least I'm maintaining. I didn't eliminate much so I'm going to 'up' my vitamin C to get moving again. Taking 4,000mg, followed by another 2,000mg an hour later.. that should do the trick!
