In 2004, I weighed 280. Long and winding road to health. Lost a good bit over the years but it took a long time, years in fact. At 68 years old, I embarked on a new journey. On 3/30/2020, began a whole foods plant based way of eating (WFPB). Only eating fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, legumes, tubers. What a change! Health is already improving with tremendous reduction in insulin. BP getting on the low side. Can't wait to get labs back.
