Well I think I write in this journal to track my progress. Its Wednesday and I weigh in again tonight. Afterward, I do my high intensity aqua aerobics class. I hope the original instructor Sue is back tonight. I did it Monday night too. I did it last Wed after my wiegh in and I really kicked my butt. I cant believe I can sweat in the water. haha. Yesterday I moved my lap swimming to the actual lap swim pool. It was much colder, but I felt like I had to keep going, so it got warm fast. I didnt think I was ever going to go to the actual fitness pool, and get out of the casual pool. I like them both. I feel like my level of fitness is changing. I dont think I am going to do the old lady class in the morning anymore. I dont think it even gets my heart rate up enough. I will miss all the ladies though. I did good this week, I realized that I wasnt eating enough. I am still counting my calories, and staying under 1200 everyday. Its actually not that hard to do. I did alot of house and yard work this week, more than the past 5 years. I worked out 5 days this week. I should have a decent loss tonight. I am taking this one day at a time. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

I did it!! I have lost 102 pounds since Dec 28. I have hit my first short term goal!!!! I actually cried when I weighed in at TOPS last night! It really hard for me to comprehend, but I will. I worked out last night for 90 min and yesterday in the a.m for 90 min this morning already. I am going to the gym tonight too. I guess 3 hours a day is what I need to do. I feel like a million dollars already. I am just going to keep going, and taking it one day at a time. At my meeting last night, my daughter sat next to me, and she was so proud to be there. I was proud too, for the first time in a long time!!!

Well, now I am almost to 100 pounds lost. Have 2 and a half to go. I went to tops last night, and lost 4.8. Good meeting too. Talked about the tops international queen which happens to be from my town, and in my group. My goal is to take her spot for 2014 and be at kops and be the new international queen. Hey, a girl can dream!! And, who knows, it may actually happen if I keep going. The girls' softball is over, so I should have not have anymore schedule conflicts, and I will be working out twice a day until they go back to school in the fall. Wish me luck this week!!!
