I am a mom. I work full time, and I am married for almost 15 years. I am fighting myself to get my life back. I have struggled with my weight all my life. Im going to die this way if I dont make the change now. I feel like I am running out of time. I cook healthy, and Im more active everyday. I am here for some moral support, and even some more ideas on how to make this easier, if thats possible. I am in west Michigan.

By the way, yesterday I walked a mile!!! I havent walked a mile since I was in High school!! Two days in a row I have done it. It probably doesnt seem like alot, but to me, what I was doing, it is alot. I am proud of myself. I will do it again today!!

Katuchi, I think the fact that somebody besides me is holding me accountable is really helping. I am feeling good, and so much better. I just keep thinking about how bad I was feeling, and that's almost motivating enough. I have two girls, 7 & 11, and they have so many things to do in life, and I want to see it all! I don't have time to waste! I have to make everyday count! And, that's what I'm doing and have been for 3 and a half months! My life quality is not what I want, and for a second I forgot that I deserve to be happy. I just need to keep it one day at a time.Wink

And, by the way, I went yesterday, and I was the biggest loser of my chapter for the month of March!! Its very inspirational!!

No, TOPS is Taking Off Pounds Sensibly. Its a support group, and we follow our own individual plans. I am really enjoying it. We meet once a week. We are held accountable for our weight. Look it up on the internet, I bet there is a chapter in your area!! Can never have too much moral support!!
