I am consistently losing 12 to 14 pounds every month now. I am good with that. If I do that for the next 14 months, I will be just about where I should be. I have stopped working out in the morning, and I am a bit mad at myself for not taking advantage of the time I have while the kids are out of school for the summer. I have to get myself back to the gym in the a.m. I wont say that I will starting tomorrow, because I promised myself that I would never say that I would start anything tomorrow. So, I just will. I will have a great day today.

I went to the doctor for the first time in about 5 years yesterday. I found a new doctor, and I really like her. My blood pressure was 128/82. Perfect!!! I always dreamed of all of these things happening to me, and they are all happening. Its hard to believe. My health is coming back, Im working out, people are really noticing that I am getting thinner, and I am really starting to look good. I am feeling alot better too. For some reason, the way I feel didnt seem to be a motivation point for me, just how I look. What the hell is wrong with that sentence???? But, the good thing is, now that I do feel this much better, I realize what a big difference it is. I will have another great day today!!
