I lost 3 stone (42lb) a couple of years back and I've noticed my weight, which had for a long time been stable, creep up until I'd put 12lbs back on. I'm not willing to go back to where I used to be so I'm back to eating sensibly again.
I'm 38, mother of 2 aged 14 and 9. I hate exercise, especially when I'm feeling overweight! I enjoy food, but luckily I really appreciate the taste of healthy food, it's just the extra effort in preparation which puts me off!
