Question: is it okay on Keto to drink diet sodas? I don’t drink them regularly, but every now and then I just have to have one.

Yesterday was a challenge, but it’s over so on to a new day. I can’t say I was craving carbs but I ate carbs yesterday. I’m working on Keto. I am not diabetic but my fasting Glucose was 129 which was a little high for me. So scrambled eggs and bratwurst for breakfast 🍳

I’ve changed my goal weight to a 10 pound increment. I know that if I leave it like it was I will give up. I hope that’s not a problem. I cannot afford to give up again.
