Hello..I am 36 years old. I have a 5yr old son..the most energetic child I have ever encountered. He is one of the main reasons for me starting over on here. I need to get healthy to be around to see him grow up and just to plain try to keep up with him:-)
I have been an emotional eater all of my life. I have found that the heavier I have gotten the more I try to medicate myself with food. I want to turn my life around.
I look forward to sharing this life changing journey with others that are here for the same reasons.

Bored,Lazy and tired....
I can kill hours looking at recipes online. Especially sites like Kraft cuz it pops up other ideas on the side..i quickly get sidetracked and dont remember what I was originally looking for. It all looks so good Smile

Exercise is such a dirty word Sad As you can tell it's not my favorite thing in the world, but like you said...our wt loss pretty much depends on it. I'm not great at putting in an hour of staight sweat til ya puke effort. I have found ways to sneak in more activity during my day tho. It has helped me out alot. I do try to bite the bullet and do actual exercise when I can but increasing activity seems to work best for me. If ya need someone to talk to from time to time or to order each other to get off our couches...i'm here for ya Smile

Size Matters?
I started my wt loss journey wearing a womens 36 and have gotten down to a size 28 Smile I still have a long way to go but would be happy getting into an 18/20. 14/16 would be awsome but it depends on how my body feels at lower wts. I want to hit a wt i'm happy with and can maintain. Just looking forward to shopping in regular stores.

Diet Pills/Cleansing System
i've tried alot of differnt diet pills and have either had nasty side effects or saw nothing at all. I admit that I still try new ones from time to time hoping i'll find a good one. If I do I will be sure to let you know. I'm always starving and it doesnt seem to matter when/how much I eat. I did a little research and i've started drinking Yerba Mate tea in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. It has seemed to help curb my appetite some. I also rely on some protein powder that i mix with yogurt and fruit for super filling smoothies. I keep Fiber Plus bars stashed every where too. They are more filling then candy but really kill a sweets craving. Sorry i couldn't give anything more helpful on the pills but hope maybe one of the other suggestions might help Smile
