Delayed onset muscle soreness
Bleh. I understand that feeling. I just work through it. I used to crossfit and being sore was a normal thing. Eventually, if you just keep working out the way you are- it will stop. I would just take a nice hot shower and stretch and maybe take some tylenol and just keep doing what you are doing. Just don't actually hurt yourself. I'm sure you know your body enough to know when exercising a certain day is a "no go". I also know it's not good to mask muscle soreness...but..I'm not the most hardcore health person out there, anyway. Smile

Why am I GAINING weight????
I'm going to have to agree with everything PeeFat wrote.
Those are all things that make you gain weight. It is all temporary, as well.
Exercising especially makes you put on weight...don't worry- if you are not overeating, you will gain weight but lose size.
Even what you ate lastnight will have a temporary effect. I ate two freaking cinnabons the other night- next morning I was two pounds heavier...but then the following day I was back to my "regular" weight.
