No inspiration!!
The mistake that most people make is not eating anything in order to lose this fat. When you starve yourself a few things happen. First, your body will go into starvation mode. When this happens your metabolism starts to slowly shut down.Jul 9, 2013

This is from a health blog, you want long term results. I don't know how your eating but I am doing basically the adkins diet. No sugar, no bread, high fat, low protein, low carb. I've lost 4lbs in 4 days. I'm not hungry because the food is filling. I use Fatsecret to track my meals and know if I'm on track. This is basically the same as the Keto diet. I like what I'm doing and I don't miss the sweets, I do have one piece of bread about everyother day. Good luck to you!!
