Here's the pizza I made tonight. I sauteed shredded Parmesan in a Teflon pan until a darker golden brown. Soak up the oil with paper towel. remove carefully with a spatula. Build your pizza with light ingredients, keto of course:) Don't bake, use the broiler on low until melted and hot. Then devour!
