Wanting to drop about 80lbs for lots of different reasons... health being the primary. Although extra weight not having any negative effects on my health at the minute I get really worried when I think about what might happen.
Other reasons like: being confident to go clothes shopping again. Not being asked "so, when is the baby due" (only happened once but I think that was the turning point). Feeling sexy. Looking good in photos.
Found exercise I like - now just need to stick to the diet - hope that keeping records here will give me the kick up the bum I need!
