Have been a weight watcher for sometime, but am loving this site much better! Have lost 20#, but stagnated most of the summer. Have new resolve to lose the last 19# so I can enjoy slimmer clothes for the winter.

No time to cook or exercise, just can't be that organized. Need simple quick recipes. Not a fan of tofu.

question (maybe dumb)
OK, when adding food to my food diary & looking up something from Subway, does the nutritional info include the bread? What if I have a sandwich, but use the flat bread instead. I see the flatbread is a separate choice, so for example, if I choose the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich on flatbread, do I choose both to add to my diary?Question
