My name is Nicole and I'm a 21 year-old Canuck currently weighing in at approximately 157 lbs.
My goal is to lose about 17 lbs by April 30th, which I think is more than attainable. I've been trying to lose those last 15 forever, but I never do well on actual diet plans, so this time I'm just going to do my own thing: eat well, keep a food journal, and work out 3x a week.
