Kettleball & Zumba
I love Zumba!!! I am about your height and a little under your weight and doing zumba has really slimmed my stomach down. It is a full core workout! Kettle bell helps your thighs, flabby arms, as well as back fat!!! Both awesome things to work on! Good luck keep with it. And take alot of fish oil for the muscle pain you will be in. Its hard but so so worth it!
