Down again!! YEAH!! Getting close to the 1st 10 lb goal. Hopefully this week. Guess doing housework helps. With Henry being off work, he was doing most of it. Yesterday I went to do the vacuuming and realized that he never moves furniture!!! Watching the inches and they are also going down. Will have to watch the exercise for the next few weeks as I am working from an alternate location for the next 4 wks and will not be able to walk home.

Looks like I am down a bit more today so I'm going in the right direction. It is very slow and not so sure that I will have 50 lbs off by Dec however I will be less than I was to start out :)

The scales had been up 2lbs on the 13th but I was not able to record it. It stayed up until this morning when I dropped those 2 and an additional 3rd lb. This, I think, shows how retaining water affects me. (although yesterday I peed so much that I couldn't walk all the way home as I couldn't stay out of the washroom that long). Work is so hectic right now finding it difficult to get my exercise in however have the long weekend coming up. I will have a lot of catch up to do for work and also housework but will definitely get some exercise in.

Ok, have not logged in for a bit as I am having problems with my wireless router. Sat, my daughter & her husband took us out for dinner. I ate very light during the day but then enjoyed myself at night. I debated about the dessert but hadn't lost all week & I thought if I have been good & not lost weight, then I might as well enjoy myself so I had the Brownie Mountain. When I got on the scales on Sun, I had lost 1.8 lb. I kicked myself because I knew Sat night would be reflected on the scales today but they weren't. I really tried to watch what I ate yesterday and did a bit of exercise. I am planning on walking home tonight as long as it does not rain so this will kick start my exercise for the week. As well I have asked Henry to find my weights so I can get back to using them. Also dusted off an exercise video that I had never opened & had Henry fix the VCR so that I can use it. Will only use it when Henry is not around so he won't laugh. I have also been measuring myself once a week and it is going down. Not by leaps & bounds but it is going down which is what I want.
