My bad eating still catching up to me however I did eat better today. Too tired when i got home so just made a sandwich. I was still hungry when I finished but so tired that I fell asleep before I could get up the energy to get anything else. Bad part was no real exercise. Because I worked at a different location, I did have extra walking and I did use stairs rather than escalators sometimes so it was not a complete loss. At least my mindset is closer to being back. When my mind was saying, go down and pick up a chocolate bar, I said no and kept working.. HAve to look for the little things. Also should write down the food journal as I go because I find that it is easy to forget things. Have to go back in and add some items from lunch yesterday

I am so annoyed at myself. My Mother-in-law broke my scales and I have been so busy at work, working late nights and therefore eating poorly. I also kept thinking that because I couldn't weigh myself, it didn't really matter what I ate because I would make up for it before I got a new scale. Big mistake!!! Starting tomorrow, I am back on the band wagon. Project is coming into its heaviest time frame so there will be long hours again this week which will make eating at the right times difficult but I am going to do my best.

Showing a little drop again today. I think it is because I have really been trying to watch what I eat. It definitely is not because of exercise. Anyhow - need to get back to testing but wanted to record my weight.

Down 0.2 lbs today. It has been so busy at work and I have work to get done at night. We are in testing and need to make sure all defects are resolved. Because of this i am not getting my exercise in. Will need to work real hard at getting some in on the weekend but I know that is not enough. All I need are a few extra hours every day so that I can exercise.
