Xylitol & Diarrhea (TMI)
I'd go to something super natural like Truvia or agave nectar. The also have Stevia which I think mixes in just a little bit of sugar in and that might help you adjust until your body is ready for the sweeteners.

What if my exercise isn't available in the log?
I love the exercise and diet logs. The diet log has like everything in it! But the exercise log is really frustrating to me. For example, the fastest it lets you walk is 4mph. I walk about 3.5 mph to work and school each day...but I'm walking on snow and ice (northern Maine). Is that the same amount of exercise?
Also, I do janitorial work...where do I log that? As housework?
Swimming - fast? What if I am doing a stroke that is ridiculously difficult (like butterfly)? Doesn't that burn more calories then like breast stroke?
I've got about 20 more questions like that...

Every time I enter my weight this site tells me that my BMI is too low... I do not know how to fix this...I think that the site thinks I am like 6' tall!

Wanted! Great Exercise Tunes!
Are you using an iPod? U-Tunes has an entire library of songs for exercise already created.

Running with a Gut!
The make something called compression gear. Companies like UnderArmour make it...but you can probably find it cheaper some where else. Make sure you try it on before you buy it because you want to make sure that it really is tight...and not too tight. Exercise companies sometimes have weird sizing.
