Why is this so hard?? I have to get the right mind set again before I gain more weight!! This eating binge is not working any more - don't even know why I eat - just find myself in the kitchen! Why am I so scared of losing weight? WHY??
Very proud of my success and new body...but yet I self destruct...why?

Ok starting Thursday...back on plan!! Going to take all my supplements - every day..no skipping!! Then hopefully in 3 months ask the doctor to check my blood work again. Still real concerned about my red blood count - but hope adding the Omega 3 will help. Also concerned about my cholesterol but hoping it will go down also.

Got my lab results back today...not good
She was very happy that I have lost 25 since I saw here...but...
LD is 131 - 6 months ago it was normal
HGB & HCT is LOW - red blood count is low (was normal last time)
Dr said are you eating enough green veggies & Protein...
yes I have been on Atkins for 8 months
So not sure what the problem is...additional test needed
She recommended Weight Watchers instead - so I could get more variety
of whole grains, fruits and veggies
I have been on WW and had much success - but I have a lot more freedom
to mess up...
But guess I will try it again...
Not giving up the battle....I will succeed - just taking a different path

OMG I have the WORST HEADACHE
...heated up a can of chicken broth & had 1/2 of a can - took an Excedrin Migraine...still nothing. Now I'm getting really nauseous...Why oh why did I put myself through this!!
OK so day 1 didn't go as planned...awful head...lost my lunch :-( Unable to eat on plan for dinner...didn't want anything but ate a cup of chicken noodle soup. Hope tomorrow is better!!

NOT HAPPY WITH MYSELF...I ALLOWED FOOD TO TAKE OVER AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED...7 POUNDS IN 5 DAYS!! YIKES!! Now it will probably take me two weeks to lose it...worth it?? NO!!!!!!!!!!!
But your birthday only comes around once a year - but I didn't have to go crazy!! Oh well it is over..now deal with it - forgive yourself and move on....just remember how bad you feel today & how bloated!!
You let yourself down....get your positive attitude back, don't allow anyone or anything to get in your way...this is your journey and you control it..not food!!
