Feeling to fat to exercise :(
I am close to 300 lbs and just 30 minutes on a treadmill hurts my knees like hell, but I remind myself that in a week or two it will hurt less. I also remind myself that it is not healthy to be winded after walking up only 12 stairs. Music helps a lot when exercising, just a chepa little $50 MP3 player is great.
