my sleep schedule is all fouled up. wanted to go to bed early, so i could wake up early, couldn't sleep, took meds, ate chips and granola bar, over slept with a headache, called in sick to work, sleep through breakfast. so here I am, home, trying to salvage the day.

today will be a great day, i woke up early, had time to pack my snacks ( heavy on veggies, goal 3) pack my gym bag ( for goal 2)and eat breakfast ( goal 1)
this weeks goals: 1) eat breakfast, drink water, portion control 2) 30 min cardio 6 days week 3) more fruits and veggies- aiming for 9.
