Isn't weird how we avoid working out and then when you do it you feel great afterwards??? I just finished my workout and I feel great - sweaty but great. Now it's time to go back dinner, it's 6pm here in Cali. Have a great night all and I will probably check in before bed.
Oh here's what I do when I work out I watch videos on Yahoo. Nothing makes you want to look better looking a people like Janet Jackson and Fergie. lol :o)

Okay so I look at this .4 lbs weight loss as a gift cause I messed up all weekend and didn't gain but lost a tiny bit. I am back on track as of yesterday will work out today and keep going. I hope all of you are doing well and Keep Smashing!!

I offically hate the weekends!! Every weekend it gets harder and harder not to cheat and this weekend I cheated and kept on cheating. My husband was no help he hates grocery shopping but wants to do it together. So instead of shopping he goes and gets Taco Bell for the family on Saturday. Then today after church he's like I want chinesse food so we go out for it. Come Monday I need to get on track and stay on track. Thank goodness I exercised everyday last week. That is my only chance not to gain too much back. Well back to the drawing board come tomorrow.

Had a great lunch today. More like breakfast for lunch but good none the less. I made huevos rancheros just summited the recipe. Check out the fried rice I made earlier this week. It was good, if I do say so myself. I love eating like this. I hope all is doing good.

Okay I have set a mini goal for myself and I think I will need all my weight buddies to help me out and keep me on track. My anniversary in April 16, I would like to be under the 200 mark by then. I think it is realistic... What do you think???
