I've been doing horrible for the last 2 weeks but I am back on track as of today. Whatever you do ladies never let your husband we only likes meat and starch go shopping by theirselves while you are trying to lose weight. He got spent our grocery budget for 2 weeks on crap. So in return I gained weight. We'll I did the grocery shopping yesterday and loaded up on the veggie and fruit. thank goodness. Talk to you all later time for a walk.

So I gained I haven't been doing too well with following the plan. I need to get on the ball. I did start working out again last week 3x's in one week. So this week I will just continue and get back into the groove of things.

Well I think I want to measure myself every week now too. Maybe that will help me really see the difference and stick to this life change. I'm having a hard time doing that. When my stress kicks in my eating does too. I have a little over 4 weeks til I leave for vacation so I want to be at 215 by then at least. I know I can totally do it. So Tammy get up off you butta and do it. Sorry just talking to myself. It's almost friday and as a stay at home mom I am craving some adult interaction. TTYL everyone and keep smashing!!

I really can't believe I lost, I would do okay during the day until the rest of my family would come home. Still sick so maybe the meds have something to do with it. But either way I'll take it man!!! I hope everyone out there is dietland is doing well and don't forget it's TGIF!!! Have a great weekend... It's actually suppose to be sunny here in Sunny California!!!
