So wouldn't you know it I have it all planned to weigh in tomorrow for the big finish of phase 1 and that monthly visitor had to come and visit. :o( I'm very frustrated right now. Maybe I'll wait til Monday to weigh in so I won't get down on myself. I just have to tell myself to keep Smashing!!!

Back in the saddle again. New day new start. Went up the hill yesterday and got back on track. I did weigh myself this morning just to see if I did any damage so far and I lost another 2lbs, so I don't think I messed up too bad. I am planning on officially starting phase II on Friday (19th) but even then I am kind of enjoying not eating meat (I was a veg. a long time ago) so I think I will only eat meat like 2-3 times a week. But I can't wait to have some cereal!! Talk to you all soon and keep it SMASHING!!!

This sucks I messed up today. We didn't go grocery shopping yesterday so I didn't really have much of the stuff I normally eat here. So I caved my son had two candy bars and they are gone now. Then my daughter was eating lunch and she kept trying to feed me her chips and I caved again. Didn't have a lot of chips but I did eat a few. So I'm going to go walk up this big hill behind my house and try and get back on track. This whole thing was way easy until today. I had a bad day with the hubby yesterday and fell right back into bad habits ---eating. So even though Wednesday was suppose to be my last day I think I'll go til Friday on Phase I. What do you think?
