Happy New Year! I hope you all have a wonderful year. My goal is at the end of the year to look back and not be disappointed. Year after year I have promised myself I would put my body and health first. How do I know this year is any different? I don't I guess, but I'd like to prove to myself that it can be.

Yikes! I haven't been on this April. I haven't done so well in the weight loss department. I joined a gym and I go 3-4 days a week with my dad. It's been nice having someone around to get me to the gym and hold me accountable for my food.

I'm doing a 100 day challenge with some ladies I know and some I'm just getting to know. It felt good. The leader made a facebook page and we posted our goals and I even posted a picture. I was nervous, but I really felt accountable. I think the challenge goes until July 26th. I'm excited to see my progress at the end of it all.

I was just thinking today....I have lost weight (only to gain it back) so many times that I now have milestone weight goals. Like at 234 lbs I know this pair of Capri's I love and some of my t shirts will fit me. At 217 lbs I stopped losing weight and started gaining again. I'm sure give or take a few pounds on all that, but those are the numbers stuck in my head. Focusing on those numbers is actually easier for me to do than looking at the whole picture, because that is just to overwhelming for me.
