I feel like I got a work out today just cleaning lol. Haven't been on the site really the last couple weeks. I've done ok. Some good days and some bad. I see how this keeps me on track. Glad to be back at it :)

I'm excited. I start spring break this week. My kids don't until the end of the month. I really plan on taking advantage of this though and really step up my exercise. It's the perfect week to get into some good habit before school starts up again.

Ugh yesterday was a bad day for me. Idk just let silly stress get to me and ate Wendy's and had some chips. I didn't go for a walk either. It's ok. Today is a new day. Yesterday I felt so gross :P
