I love walking :) I've been taking the dogs with, so of course they are happy. I didn't realize how fat my little dog was getting!! We're both in it to lose now :D lol

Very happy. The meal planning has been the best decision for me right now. It still took some willpower because I definitely wanted to stray from my plan lol, but it helped me be able to eat through out the day instead of eating all my calories by lunch. Now I just need to add exercise. Today I'm taking the kids to the zoo. And now that the weather is warming up I'm going to take my dogs for a walk. I'd like to get some small weights for the house too.

I decided to plan my meals for the day every morning. I just recorded today's menu and I'm actually surprised at how much I can eat if I plan it out right. I still have some calories to spare if I need them.

March! :D I hope spring shows her face soon. I'm ready to get back to being outdoors. This year I'm going to try for a veggie garden. I'm new to gardening. My flowers were amazing last summer, but my veggies didn't make it. I just had a small patio garden, but this year I'm going to have a raised garden bed.
I went grocery shopping the other day, and bought some salad and fruits. I got some veggies too so I will start adding those to our meals.
Also I've been staying away from those liquid calories...pop, juice...I still drink coffee, but I have been drinking more water than I ever have.
