I am a 20 year old woman who really just needs a lifestyle change. I am a makeup artist, and since I met my bf we have both been steadily gaining weight. Young and in love and eating alot ;). The point is in the last year and a half I had gained about 20 pounds.

I just haven't been working out like I used to, and just ate tons of junk.

I have started to make my lifestyle change.

I have all ready lost about 5 pounds of weight putting me in at 155, and now that I am on this website I am hoping to lose another 20 to get to my goal weight of 135 pounds.

I am looking for all the inspiration and help I can get!

New Girl On The Block
I am finding the transistion from bad food to healthy food easier then I thought. I think I must have been a rabbit in a previous life. I have no problem snacking on spinach and celery all day yumm. But thanks for the advice. I will def keep counting my calories

Hi!

I have just joined this website, I found it through the android app last night when I was eating sushi and trying to figure out how many calories are in sashimi.

I thought it would be a good addition in helping me keep on my lifestyle change. I don't want to diet. I want to eat healthy and workout.

My Goal is to lose 20 pounds. Right now I am 155 and 5'8. According to alot of websites the ideal weight for my height is 140.. but I have been 140, I think 135 would suit me better!

How is everyone doing so far in their getting skinny and healthy?
