Hi, I am a 37 year old who has been chubby all her life. Now that i am fat i need to do something. My kness have begun to hurt from time to time.I chose south beach way of life now. I am in IL. I have been married for 3 years now. I have one younger brother. I want to get healthy for me. I also belong to a group called T.O.P.S. I am 2ed co-leader of the group. Last year i was trying and was busy as a Personal Care Asst. with a place called Family Visiting Nurses. I would help folks with cleaning, cooking, and remind to take meds, food shopping and just being there friend. Then i was down 55pds. I was so happy. Then i had a car accedent. broke my hand. Now i am starting over!!!! i will do it!!!! thanks for allyour help.

when hubby gets pizza
Hello all i have something that i think i did good on. I love pizza hut pizza. MY hubby got it last night. I was real good and only had one bite and a half of a bread stick. We all know on the south beach plan that is a no no. I still think i was good. I really did not want any more. He keeps saying how he would like to drop some pounds. I told him when he is ready he knows how to do it. He lost 50 on the weight watchers plan. When his mother past away he gained some back. He also went back to smoking. I do have him going in the bathroom to smoke so i do not have to put up with it all over the house. everyone have a nice week. every lil thing helps!!!! metwo72Smile

Looking for a Phase 1 Buddy...............
HI i am on phase 1 and i would love to add to support. i can use it as well. I am in IL. in the month of june i lost 47pds. i was on phase 1 and i worked out everyday but sundays and thursdays. i also added another helping of low fat dairy to my plan. It has worked wonders for me. i know you can do it!!! Cool
