I'm Michael, i'm 29 and in the Royal Navy. Dropped down to 82kg when I was on Deployment at the beginning of this year but i'm now 95kg (13/10/2009) through eating the Teesside Parmo and Pizzas nearly every night for two months as i've been on leave for 4 1/2 weeks from 29th July 2009, I then broke my hand during the last week of leave and was off work for another month.
My aim is to lose 2 stone before my 30th. I've even got my own blog (http://www.fitby30.com) which I update with what i've done each day.
I need support on this as i'm easily tempted into eating fatty food and not exercising.
