Bumping up the protein this week. I'm going to add a second 4 oz chicken breast each day this week and see what happens on weigh day. This should take Protein intake above 30%, keep Fat intake at 5-6% and bring total Calories up to 1000+. Weight is coming off steady but slow, I've never lost more than 1 1/2 lbs in a week yet. Hopefully this will be a good change!
