Focus Ginger! FUEL!!
I am stronger than my cravings!
Just for TODAY, I'm going to focus on FUELING my body instead of tickling my tastebuds.
The Danger Ranger has to have FUEL to run across town, up & down hills, and all of the missions I send it on!
The Danger Ranger doesn't need fattening fuel, in fact, adding a bar of chocolate to the tank would probably ruin it, or at least slow it down!

losing 2.2 lb a week
22 March 2011
I treated myself really bad last week - ate a lot of stuff I shouldn't have and didn't record it because how does one record "a little bit of everything on the entire buffet and then some dessert"?
Now I'm seeing why I don't want to do that again: went down only .2 lbs last week and now I'm uber-conscious about weighing (couple times a day) and the scale - of course - isn't budging.
Hopefully writing this journal entry will help me "purge" my guilty feelings and keep me from sabotaging my own efforts.

I guess the devil got ahold of me this week because I've been eating really bad. Haven't weighed or measured anything & have recorded very little. I've been trying to feed that craving for "something" and I've yet to figure out what it is. Today...back on track!
