the scale has finally moved back in the right direction. I wasnt doing anything wrong really just eating all my extra points and working out a lot more. Im feeling better. Im the smallest 80% of the people around me has ever seen so thats a good feeling. Its been 8 years since ive been this thin. Things are looking good for me. I cant really complain abouth anything....I heard a nice quote that said "if your not planning than your planning to fail" if that aint the truth.

Had a weird week. Not sure what is going on, Im getting my healthy guidelines, not working out so much this week. I gained .5lbs but even at the start of this week i was up from last. it could be that i had veggie soup and salad for dinner for a week straight ( i was on a craving kick) and than i would use all 35 points...who knows...but im still gonna keep writing it down, trying not to use all my extra points this week even thought yesterday i went on a binge, (needed to fix my eating out of boredom)but all i can do is try and keep trying even when it gets bad...its not the first time and wont be the last time.

i hit 50lbs today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 50lbs GONE GONE GONE!!!!! Very happy. not too bad since the middle of april!! I am really hoping that this active lifestyle sticks, i started really focusing on it this week and its my 2nd time so far...slow but steady wins the race.

it was a dreary saturday morning, raining like cats n dogs. my TOM came a few days ago and putting dresses on was the LAST THING that i wanted to do, but its my best friends wedding in May and its the first time we all get to get together so i rolled myself out of bed and was on my way. So NOT knowing what my size is since im down almost 50lbs when the girl asked i threw out 22. since i started Weight watchers in april i was a size 26. So another heavier girl is in the wedding and she said she was the same size, i helped her into the dress but it wouldnt zip so i started panicing thinking what if it does the same with me not zip, ill be mortified because i already feel bloated and gross and now this on top of it....so after she got out of the dress i was told to try it on, so i did. i went into it with a positive attitude and it FIT....OMG IT FIT!!!! when i came out i found out it was a 20 and NOT a 22. OMG!!!! I havent been this size since freshman year of high school Im always used to gaining sizes not losing them. it felt wonderful i almost cried i had all my best friends there to congradulate me. i wish this feeling on anyone going through this journey. Its not easy we can all vouch for that but this feeling is OH SO WORTH IT!!!!! so we got to all keep on keeping on, because you all need to have this moment.

So my scale is finally moving, it felt like it was at the same number for 2 weeks but i dont think it was quite that long. I made cabbage veggie soup and focused more on my vegatables than my fruit with all the sugar in the fruit the weight wasnt moving anywhere. so its day 1 of strong focusing and already 2.5lbs. i feel great and now if i could just get my act in gear and start upping my workout so i could have an active lifestyle i would be so happy. it just goes to prove that no matter the challange at hand if your not up for the task its not likely you'll finish it. but as long as you keep trying to achieve it that theres no failure.
