So far so good. Im trying to stay focused with the holidays around. Had a decent week can't complain diet wise. I hope you all stay focused on your goals.

oh the stomach flu...i was luckily graced with its presence this past weekend...last year i would of been upset that i got it and a few things would of happened...A. it would of taken me weeks, months or even years to get back on game and B. i would of lost weight...well since you cant eat that means your metabolism slows down so im finally back on my game...not 100% but i'd say around 87% so ill take it...nothing a nice work out, soak in the hot tub and good nights rest wont take care of...i lost another pound this week...im feeling really good...nothing really exciting going on so i can talk to you next week.

So far so good...i waited to weigh myself until after my TOM. it paid off because now it actually shows a loss. Im feeling really really great lately. Re focused on myself now. Im giving myself small goals and really offering rewards...the holidays are usually so stressful but this year i have everything all planned out and im feeling good!! I know what im getting everyone and when. Saturday should be my last day...Im still planning all my meals a week in advance and that helps w\food shopping its just been a positive week. its also the first week living with hank!! We dont get to see each other much but it seems to be working just fine...we each have our own space and im close to him so thats good!!! I hope everyone is doing well...we gotta keep on keeping on!!!

Thanksgiving is tomorrow. I still plan on owning up to what i usually do every other day and count my points it doesnt matter that its the biggest food holiday for us. I lost another pound this week. Still feeling great. I messed up my knee again so its bruised and very sore which makes cardio very hard...i tried last night to work out but it didnt go so well so i mixed it up and did what i could...im gonna take tonight off and go home and relax,...im moving saturday and still need to pack so that might happen too...nothing really new going on with WW or weight loss. Im getting closer and closer to my goal and its very hard WAY harder than i thought it would be to NOT be the FAT friend anymore. its all ive known for 25 years and now im smaller than some of them and everyone is always talking about my weight loss...that feels good but its just hard to believe it yet...i will get there i just say oh thank you for noticing and smile...silly i know...so many times i prayed people wouldnt see me as the fat girl and now thats almost coming true...still have a way to go but im obivously going in the right direction...happy holidays...good luck to everyone

Man i saw 246lbs twice this week but NOT after i drank like a fishy on saturday..i still counted all my points...but still went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND which is out motto at work but i decided to use it at the bar...we went out for our friends birthday and the place was well not something were used to so i drank to fit in ill say it...i had a great time and i now i just have to lose 1 little pound and ill be back in the same place...i get to see twilight tonight for the midnight showing...i; ve never been so excited to see a movie...but i fell in love with the book so im ready.
